Lead Conversion Squared System Review
Information rules the world, at least the digital one.
The downside of digital information is that it’s hard for us to sift through manually. We should ideally have tools that do that for us, preferably hardware and software.
Especially if you intend to make the internet your source of income, you should understand and recognize the difference between good and bad tools. There’s a lot of nuance involved.
This time around, my article will be about one of those tools called “Lead Conversion Squared” and its launch event. I’ll throw in a bit of my musings on marketing in general as well.

The tool isn’t officially out yet but I’ve managed to get a glimpse of it thanks to keeping my ear to the ground. Its official launch is just around the corner.
When Is Lead Conversion System 2 coming out?
The Lead Conversion Squared product, also known as the Lead Conversion System 2, should be public around the end of September in 2020. But like with all things, dates could potentially change, so keep that in mind.
To be exact, Daven and Chad will host the LCS2 pre-launch event in September 21–27 at 15:00 EDT.

So we’ve talked a bit about the Lead Conversion Squared system, but what about the creators behind the system?
The duo decided to team up, to make Lead Conversion Squared a reality for us all to enjoy.
Both marketers have been around for a long time, making a MASSIVE positive impact around the globe.

What Is Lead Conversion Squared?
Lead Conversion Squared aka LCS2 aka LCS2 is a lead conversion tool. It was created by two marketers I wrote about, Chad Nicely and Daven Michaels.
The official website touts LCS2 as a “turnkey business system”. In essence, it is a sales funnel built for marketers by marketers.
If you buy LCS2, you also receive a reseller license, to powerful CRM software, which was engineered to be used by businesses (big and small).
The two figured out that many people browsing the internet often get an idea to buy random goods and services. Those people might get an idea to buy something but are so inundated with information that they get distracted, just drop it and move on.
To them, it might feel like reaching a mountain, looking up and going, “There’s no way I’m climbing up there on my own and besides, I’m too busy right now”. So, they just give up unless someone goes after them and convinces them to come back and try the climb.
Marketing is all about figuring out why people came there in the first place, why they gave up and how to bring them back and up the mountain. The process can be enthusiastic but isn’t meant to be forceful or uncomfortable.
In theory, all it takes is one well-timed call, e-mail or just contact of any kind. But, where do you even start?
There is no catch or secret, it’s just like I said at the start — information rules the digital world. Those who can understand and act on information they are presented with can profit from it.
The problem is sifting through the ungodly amount of information online without getting distracted.
LCS2 is designed to sift through information on who’s interested in what and organize it for you. For example, there are separate categories for internal and external leads, depending on whether the information will take you out of your comfort zone or not.
In essence, LCS2 will let you deploy your marketing skills without having to worry about keeping track of your next lead.
So, all you have to do is think about how to sell your leads or to your leads.
Lead Conversion Squared review — converting leads
The marketing landscape is chock-full of this jargon, such as “sales funnel”. I’d describe it as a cable car you built so people who want to can easily go up the mountain.
Each marketer has a different idea of what a sales funnel is. I’d explain it as some of them offering climbing gear and others an escalator.
The act of bringing back people who gave up and convincing them it’s worth their time to go up there would be what’s known as “lead conversion”. There could also be those who want to climb but are having trouble, and again if you’re helping them you’re doing “lead conversion”.
Different sales funnels
The difference between sales funnels is how easy they make it for the person to climb the mountain. Still, as long as there’s some sort of sales funnel, you’ll have at least one adventurer interested in starting the climb.
Once you know that people are interested in going up there, you can make money in any number of ways. All it takes is diligent work and some ingenuity to set your own sales funnel.
What I’m trying to say is that people should have it as easy as possible to climb the mountain aka buy goods and services. That’s what you are meant to facilitate as a marketer.
You should also make it as easy as possible for people to abandon the climb or get back down without harm and get their money back, if they want.
“Lead magnet” is another marketing term that simply means whatever reason why people came to the mountain in the first place. If people heard about the mountain from a rumor, then that rumor is a lead magnet and so on.
Now, you could try creating your own lead magnets, such as by spreading your own rumors. People can feel something is off with these unnatural lead magnets, so your strategy could also backfire in a major way.
This idea of lead magnets reveals to us that motivation plays a major role in marketing. In fact, if you can’t understand the motivation of those interested in climbing the mountain, you’ll have sporadic success.
My advice to you is to pay close attention to why people do what they do before trying to sell them anything.
Are they there for bragging rights? To escape boredom?
Observing people and especially listening to what they say is a key part of successful marketing. Once you can figure that out, you’ve got a whole world of opportunities to explore.
Lead Conversion Squared review — how the big boys do it
As I did research on lead conversion and marketing, I found some interesting information I’d like to share with you. It has to do with how Target did lead conversion.
In 2012, New York Times published an article titled “How companies learn your secrets”. It relates a story of how Target’s marketing department tried to figure out which woman is pregnant.
The idea was that newfangled parents frantically shop whatever the baby needs and most often remain loyal to whatever brand they buy first. The problem was, by the time the baby is born, they’re already locked in and won’t change brands.
Naturally, women won’t just advertise they’re pregnant and so Target had no way of knowing who’s expecting. All hope was lost until its marketing department started using math.
By using the data from other Target shoppers, marketers noted which women gave birth and then went back 9 months to see the most common items they were buying. These included cotton balls, lotion and supplements.
Soon enough, Target could know with a high degree of certainty which women were pregnant and their due dates. This allowed for highly specific targeted marketing that turned out very lucrative.
Between 2002-2010, Target’s sales went up $22bn, in part due to using this strategy of analyzing customer behavior. The key part was understanding that all purchases come down to habits and how to fiddle with those habits.
Not freaking out customers
In some cases, women had no idea they were pregnant until they started getting coupons for baby items from Target. This freaked them out and sparked an outrage, prompting Target to advertise them random items to conceal what was going on.
As long as the women didn’t know they were being tracked and analyzed, they made no fuss about it. Officially, Target no longer does this and is committed to customer privacy etc.
What this means for you is that you have two options as a marketer. You can either develop a tool to track your leads and analyze their habits or work on your people skills so you can read them on the spot.
In both cases, trying to do an aggressive “hard sell” is likely to come off as awkward. You’re much better off trying to do a “soft sell”, which is making your lead conversion appear casual, friendly and incidental.

My LCS2 Review Conclusion
There you have it, the world of digital marketing in a nutshell. If you want to make things happen online, you have to find the right tools and learn how to use them.
From the looks of things, the Lead Conversion Squared system looks very promising. We’re still in the early days, but i’m excited to share with you more information regarding the product in the near by future.
It all has to do with sifting through the information and using your marketing skills to act on what you find.
You’ll know you’re on the right track because you’ll start sifting through data at the speed of light, becoming much more productive. However, I did notice I started to burn out when I put myself under a lot of pressure to perform.
All the tools I used helped me manage my stress levels and I find them invaluable in giving me that bit extra me-time. I suggest you too find some tools and use them to keep yourself going.
If you already have the talent to make people around you comfortable with trying new things, you’re a born marketer. If that’s the case, you can just go out there and change the world, though you will again find your growth limited without tools.
In my opinion, even if you don’t have the talent for marketing, LCS2 can be useful. By simply signing up and attending the event, you’ll be watching Daven and Chad in action, which can mean a lot if you pay attention.
It’s a rare opportunity that will allow you to see successful marketers in action.
