However, before you get started, you need to make sure you understand the pricing tiers and what each package offers, otherwise you might end up paying more than what you actually have to, so let’s break down the advantages and disadvantages for each tier and plan.

Kajabi Pricing Plan

Overall, Kajabi offers 3 pricing tiers. You have the Basic plan, Growth plan, and Pro plan, each with its own unique set of advantages and pricing points.

Depending on what you’ll need and what you plan on selling, you do have to weigh the options and decide whether the extra costs are worth it.

Also, as an experienced businessman, I highly suggest you go with the annual billing plan instead of monthly if you do decide to sign up for Kajabi because you can save $360 – $960 that way.

When you plan ahead and consider your business prospects from a long-term perspective, you actually end up saving more money and generating more revenue whereas short-term thinking only leads to burn-out and tunnel vision.

You need a proper strategy if you plan on becoming a successful online business owner.

I made the mistake of letting my emotions and short-term thinking get the better of me during my younger years and lost a lot of money on top of time, so please take it from my experience, and think long-term with strategy and sustainability in mind.

That being said before you commit it’s important to know what you are getting first. While Kajabi does offer refunds, it’s still a better choice not to make the mistake first. I advise using the free trial before you move on to paid options.

Kajabi Free Trial

The free trial gives you full access to the Kajabi backend so that you can experience how a future with Kajabi would look like. It can save you a lot of time, money, and headaches down the road.

If you would like to learn more about the NEW Kajabi pricing or get an exclusive extended FREE trial, I’ll provide a link below:

The only drawback of the free trial is that it only lasts for 14 days, but that’s still more than enough time to get a feel for the platform and see if it’s something that you can see yourself using long-term.

Currently, Kajabi offers a free trial of all of their paid plans, even for the most expensive Pro plan. However, you only get one free trial, so it’s best advised to use it on the plan you were considering subscribing to in the first place.

The free trial will be just like as if you were on the paid plan. You will get all of the features of your chosen plan, and once the 14 days are up you will be automatically transferred over to the paid plan. Of course, if you aren’t happy with it you can always immediately cancel your free trial before that happens.

This option is great for people who want to try before they buy, and I highly advise taking advantage of it if you are on the fence about Kajabi or which plan you should choose.

Kajabi Basic Plan

If you’re an individual or a small business owner, then the Kajabi Basic plan is better suited for your needs.

The pricing ranges from $119/month (if you pay annually) to $149/month (if you pay monthly).

What the Basic plan offers:

  • 3 Products
  • 3 Funnels
  • Unlimited Landing Pages
  • Unlimited Marketing Emails
  • 10,000 Contacts
  • 1,000 Active Customers
  • Website
  • Admin User
  • Kajabi University
  • 0% Transaction Fee
  • Webinars & Events
  • Ready to Use Templates
  • Assessments (Quizzes & Surveys)
  • 1 Welcome Call with an Onboarding Specialist
  • 1 Check-in Call with an Onboarding Specialist
  • Chat Support
  • Automations

While you do get all of the marketing tools and automation, you are however limited to only 1 website, 3 products, and 3 funnels, so it’s better suited for businesses that have monthly membership-based online courses or programs.

Otherwise, once you reach the cap of 1000 users and students, you will be capped without the possibility of earning more, thus I wouldn’t recommend this plan if you are thinking of selling products that have a one-time payment structure.

The highlight of this plan however is the unlimited marketing emails because other software and CRMs offer only 10,000-15,000 monthly emails to 2000-3000 contacts and leads for almost the same price as Kajabi.

So not only do you get 10,000 leads and contacts in your CRM, but you can send as many emails as you want while taking advantage of the chat support, Kajabi University/training videos, webinars, and events.

Kajabi Growth Plan

Now the Growth plan on the other hand I think is the most optimal choice for serious entrepreneurs and small to medium-sized businesses.

The pricing ranges from $149/month (if you pay annually) to $199/month (if you pay monthly).

What the Growth plan offers:

  • 15 Products
  • 15 Funnels
  • Unlimited Landing Pages
  • Unlimited Marketing Emails
  • 25,000 Contacts
  • 10,000 Active Customers
  • Website
  • 10 Admin Users
  • Kajabi University
  • 0% Transaction Fee
  • Webinars & Events
  • Ready to Use Templates
  • Assessments (Quizzes & Surveys)
  • 1 Welcome Call with an Onboarding Specialist
  • 1 Check-in Call with an Onboarding Specialist
  • 24/7 Chat Support
  • Advanced Automations
  • Ability to Remove Kajabi Branding
  • Affiliate Program

While I think 15 products and 15 sales pipelines are still a bit limited, the upside is that you can have 10,000 active members and users on your platform.

So if you have a fleshed-out business plan and model, then you can earn a decent amount of money even while offering one-time payment-based courses and products.

For example: Let’s say you sell 10,000 people on a $150 one-time payment online course, you’re still earning $1.5 million overall. It’s a respectable amount!

In addition, besides having all the functionality from the basic plan, the growth plan offers the ability to make your brand stand out because you don’t have the Kajabi Branding on your website and products.

The 24/7 support is also nice in case you need to fix something or deal with an issue urgently.

Lastly, with the Kajabi Growth plan, you can also earn more by promoting the Kajabi software to your clients, friends, or other entrepreneurs. Their commission structure is pretty decent with a 30% lifetime commission, so you get paid 30% of your referrals’ monthly/annual payments.

Kajabi Pro Plan

If you are a large company and serious about making the big bucks, then you can choose from the Pro plan.

The pricing ranges from $319/month (if you pay annually) to $399/month (if you pay monthly). Paying annually in this case will actually save $80/month, so do consider paying with the annual option to save a lot of money over the long run.

What the Pro plan offers:

  • 100 Products
  • 100 Funnels
  • Unlimited Landing Pages
  • Unlimited Marketing Emails
  • 100,000 Contacts
  • 20,000 Active Customers
  • Websites
  • 25 Admin Users
  • Kajabi University
  • 0% Transaction Fee
  • Webinars & Events
  • Ready to Use Templates
  • Assessments (Quizzes & Surveys)
  • 1 Welcome Call with an Onboarding Specialist
  • 1 Check-in Call with an Onboarding Specialist
  • 24/7 Chat Support
  • Advanced Automations
  • Ability to Remove Kajabi Branding
  • Affiliate Program
  • Code Editor

Out of all the other Kajabi pricing plans, only the Pro plan has the “Code Editor” feature.

While for small companies it may not be as useful, larger businesses for sure need the “Code Editor” feature on their websites to make important integrations with tracking, conversions, and specific automations.

Though you get more than enough products, funnels, and contacts, the thing that bugs me is the 3 websites limit. I would imagine larger businesses would need more than 3 websites if they plan on selling up to 100 online courses, coaching programs, and community memberships, etc.

Also, the 20,000 active members limit is a little low considering the Pro plan price, but if you ever come down to it, you can get the Kajabi Access plan for $99/month and double your websites limit to 6 and active members to 40,000.

Kajabi Access Plan

kajabi pricing growth access plan

The Kajabi Access Plan allows you to double your quotas for products, funnels, contacts, members, etc. While these benefits may look good on paper, in actuality, if you’re an individual or a small business on the Basic plan, then it’s probably just a better idea to upgrade to the Growth plan.

The Access plan costs $99/month, so the Basic plan with the additional Access plan ends up being more expensive than the Kajabi Growth plan while having less than half the contacts, products, sales pipelines, etc.

The only few instances where having the Access plan would make sense are if you are on the Growth plan already and want something in between Growth and Pro or if you want to double your quotas on the Pro plan.

kajabi 1 on 1 onboarding

However, if support from the Kajabi community and the team is something that is important to you, then you could argue the Access plan is worth the extra $99/month, but personally, I don’t think it’s worth it unless you are a big company already maxing out your quotas on your Pro plan.

Even though you get the “Code Editor” feature along with the plan, unless you are a big company, you most likely won’t need it because most integrations are already provided on the Kajabi dashboard, so I don’t see any reason why someone would need the code editor unless they have very code specific changes that need to be made on the Kajabi site (which in most cases does not happen).

Monthly vs Annual Plan. Which One To Choose?

Not everyone wants to pay thousands of dollars in bulk with the annual payment, so let’s go over some of the advantages of the payment structure in case you are on the fence.

Advantages of Paying Monthly

If you are starting your business from scratch without a real business plan, then the monthly payment structure might suit you better.

You get to test out the platform and also get a feel for whether your products or services are something people are willing to pay for.

In case your assumptions about the viability of monetization for your product or service are wrong, then you can cancel your subscription without any hassles.

Also, did you know that as long as you request a refund within 1 month of payment, Kajabi offers a money back guarantee with no questions asked?

So, if you are just testing things while learning sales, marketing, and entrepreneurship, then choose the monthly payment structure.

Advantages of Paying Annually

However, if you are serious about your entrepreneurship goals and have a business plan to follow or implement, then definitely go with the annual payment option.

As I mentioned before, when I was a rookie entrepreneur a few years ago I lost a lot of time and potential income because I was always second-guessing myself and thinking short term.

Even when I had a solid product and service, by trying to save money, I lost one of the most valuable things in life, time. Think of it like accelerating your car, hitting the brakes, accelerating again, and then hitting the brakes on and on and on.

You ultimately end up spending 2 times or so more on gas instead of cruising through and getting to your destination more quickly for cheaper. It reminds me of the saying “penny wise, but pound foolish”.

If you have a coaching program, online course, or subscription service that you know people are willing to pay for, then it’s better to confidently make bold moves and strategize your marketing with a long-term plan and outlook.

Final Thoughts About Kajabi Pricing Plans

If you’re still not sure which Kajabi pricing plan is the best choice, ultimately it comes down to your goals and personal needs. To recap:

The Basic plan is better suited for individuals or small companies that only have a few products, courses, or programs that are being offered, but if possible I would actually suggest going with the Growth plan even if you are a one-man army or a small business.

If you would like to learn more about the NEW Kajabi pricing or get an exclusive extended FREE trial, I’ll provide a link below:

The Growth plan has a limit of 15 products and funnels (5 times more than the Basic plan) and 10,000 active members (10 times more) on top of advanced automation features, an affiliate program, and 24/7 chat support.

There isn’t much difference in pricing between Basic and Growth besides 50 or so bucks, so for the most value definitely choose the Growth Plan.

In case you need something in between Growth and Pro, then the Access plan add-on could provide that possibility. You get double the quota on everything for $99/month, which is still reasonably cheaper than going with the Pro plan.

The Pro plan is only suited for bigger companies with a lot of products and programs, so choose that option if you fit the bill.

In case you max out your 20,000 active members, websites, admin users etc, the Access plan will give you the most value for the $99/month since your active member limit will now be 40,000 on top of the 200 products, 200 funnels, and 200,000 CRM contacts.

And lastly, I recommend you go with the annual payment option because it’s just easier to manage and run your business when you think long-term, but if you still want to test out the Kajabi software and keep your options open, month-to-month payment probably is the better option.
