New GrooveFunnels Pricing Plans (2023): How Much Does It Cost?

The Ins and Outs of GrooveFunnels Pricing

If you’re on this page, you’re most likely looking for the GrooveFunnels prices, costs and packages available for 2023.

I recently wrote about GrooveFunnels features. Still, I heard complaints that GrooveFunnels cost isn’t clear enough, so here are the ins and outs of GrooveFunnels pricing plans.

GrooveFunnels pricing — in a nutshell

GrooveFunnels is an online store building service. You subscribe to GrooveFunnels and start making your eCommerce store.

All you need is internet access and a computer. I recommend using a desktop computer with an SSD.

If you would like to learn more about the GrooveFunnels pricing and new discount, I’ll leave a link below:

Or if you would like to try GrooveFunnels for FREE, I’ll leave a link below:

There are 16 features in GrooveFunnels and they’re all being improved daily. Depending on which GrooveFunnels plan you get, you will get different features.

GrooveFunnels pricing plans are:

  • Base
  • Platinum

The Base plan is free but with limited features. The Platinum plan has three tiers:

  • Platinum Monthly
  • Platinum Lifetime
  • Platinum Lifetime OTO (one-time offer)

As of December 2020, GrooveFunnels is still in the beta testing stage. That’s a good thing because it’s being offered at a discount.

Once GrooveFunnels exits the beta testing stage, I expect its price to trend up.

Right now, the developers want to bring as many people on board and let them test the waters. That’s why they’re offering huge GrooveFunnels discounts and perks.

Starting with December 15, there’s a Limited Time Beta Offer as well. It temporarily replaces the OTO option.

Base pricing plan

This plan is free of charge but you don’t get the full feature set. What you get is:

  • GrooveAffiliate
  • GroovePages (limited version)
  • GrooveMail
  • GrooveMember
  • GrooveVideo
  • GrooveSell
  • GrooveKart Stores

You also have a 20% affiliate cap through the affiliate program on the Base plan.

GrooveFunnels Free

What exactly can you do on the Base plan? Well, you can set up an online store, though with limited functions.

If you would like to learn more or try out GrooveFunnels for FREE, I’ll leave a link below:

The biggest limitations are:

  • 3 websites
  • 3 custom domains
  • 1 share funnel
  • 15 import pages
  • only transactional e-mails
  • no video storage
  • no video bandwidth
  • no video encoding
  • 15 videos max
  • 100 members, 1 membership
  • 500 contacts
  • 5,000 e-mails a month
  • increased credit card rates
  • 2% for 3rd-party payment processing

The Base plan is enough for you to start tinkering with eCommerce but not much else, I’m afraid. The upside is that you can do it without any risk, so all it takes is your time and some patience.

I advise that you do in-depth work with as many of GrooveFunnels features as you can.

Get involved with eCommerce and just go slowly. Take one step at a time and learn the lessons well with minimal investment.

For me, that’s the biggest advantage of the Base plan — it helps you get your feet wet in the kiddie pool. A total newbie in technology and eCommerce can make a usable sales funnel before diving deep.

Once you get a usable product, you’ll feel your confidence rise. Being able to do that for free is a rarity in today’s eCommerce market.

Platinum Monthly pricing plan

This plan is meant to cost $299 a month but isn’t released yet. The purpose of this plan will be to make GrooveFunnels suitable for top-tier eCommerce sellers.

GrooveFunnels designers would also have a steady cash flow to keep everything updated. In my opinion, this plan is key to understanding what GrooveFunnels is meant to be.

Until we see this plan released and a steady base of subscribers on it, GrooveFunnels could still be improved.

If you would like to learn more about the GrooveFunnels pricing and new discount, I’ll leave a link below:

To stay afloat, GrooveFunnels absolutely needs a core base of subscribers willing to pay a premium price.

GrooveFunnels Lifetime Pricing

Compared to the Base plan, Platinum has unlimited:

  • websites
  • custom domains
  • share funnels
  • page imports
  • e-mails to customers
  • cart abandonment e-mails
  • videos
  • memberships and members
  • e-mail sending

In addition, this plan also has lower credit card rates and no 3rd-party payment processing fees.

However, you have only 100 GB a month of video bandwidth. If your video is 5 GB in size, that means only 20 visitors can view it in full each month.

That’s why the GrooveFunnels Platinum plan offers the optional $100 Capacity Booster Pack. This add-on upgrades contacts, e-mails storage and bandwidth to:

  • 100,000 contacts with infinite monthly e-mails
  • 50 GB storage for videos
  • 1 TB video bandwidth a month

Even with the add-on, the Platinum GrooveFunnels pricing plan still doesn’t have that much video oomph, really. If you’re going to focus on videos, you’ll eat through that 50 GB of storage in no time.

On both Base and Platinum plans, you have the same limitation — 5 GB per video file. That’s about 15 minutes of 1080p video.

You can go with lower video quality but then you might as well put up still images.

The video file limitations don’t actually surprise me. Video hosting is by far the most taxing activity for online platforms.

This actually reinforces my belief that the Base plan is good for tinkering but the Platinum plan still needs sprucing up.

But apart from that, GrooveFunnels Platinum looks very promising.

Platinum Lifetime pricing plan

This plan would include everything from the Platinum Monthly plan, except it lasts forever.

The payment schedule is simple — you pay a one-time payment of $1,397.

If you would like to learn more about the GrooveFunnels pricing and new discount, I’ll leave a link below:

So it’s not a bad deal if you’re looking to get GrooveFunnels Platinum for a lifetime price.

You can also pay for the Platinum Lifetime plan in instalments:

  • 4 months, $497 a month
  • 6 months, $388 a month
  • 12 months, $249 a month

Platinum Lifetime OTO pricing plan

This is the standard upsell offer you get when you first sign up for GrooveFunnels. It has the Platinum plan features, except that you pay for it once and get it forever.

When you choose this plan, you get 14 days for free and then the payment activates. You can cancel the charge at any time during the 14 days.

Signing up for either Platinum plan gets you 40% commission for each tier 1 referral and 10% for each tier 2 referral.

GrooveFunnels Limited Time Beta Offer

As 2020 comes to a close, GrooveFunnels developers have decided to spice up the offer. This Limited Time Beta Offer is very simple:

  • lifetime access to 17 GrooveFunnels features
  • one-time lump payment of $1,397

That’s it, no fine print. The offer replaces the Platinum Lifetime OTO mentioned above and is valid up until midnight of 31st December 2020 EST.

It has one extra feature compared to the standard Platinum Lifetime plan.

Can there be online-only software without a subscription?

I have my own thoughts about this offer. They are in part founded on my experience and in part on theory of what I know about software and programmers.

Since GrooveFunnels is expected to release in 2021, I think the creators want to get enough funding to polish their product before release.

That tells me they aren’t having enough recurring subscriptions to fund themselves.

I think that’s good for consumers and the market. Ideally, it would prompt the GrooveFunnels team to consolidate their features, cut out the crud and drop the price even lower.

Instead of developing 20 more features, they might decide what they have is enough and refine it.

I’d like to see both GrooveFunnels pricing plans and features steadied and polished more, for the sake of simplicity.

Online-only software with one-time payments simply isn’t tenable in the long run. That’s just the reality of modern software — there has to be some recurring charge or the software gets janky and outdated.

So i’m honestly not sure how long their lifetime deal will last for, before you’ll have to pay monthly for it.

That’s why I would highly recommend getting the lifetime deal, so you can avoid paying any monthly payments, and lock in your special discount.

The users could either pay the charge in the open or through some sneaky fees. It’s actually in the users’ best interest to have a subscription but it should be fairly priced.

In the meantime, keep testing the Base plan, learning about eCommerce and just networking with others.

GrooveFunnels pricing — bonus learning resources

Signing up for GrooveFunnels Platinum plan also means you get some cool learning resources. They’re meant to help you get a grip on the features.

They keep expanding all the time but at the time of writing this for you they are:

  • GrooveKart Academy
  • GrooveFunnels Academy
  • Live eCommerce marketing webinar
  • Live in-person workshops year round
  • Live digital marketing training webinar
  • access to GrooveDigital Facebook group
  • VIP GrooveKon tickets

You have to actively use them and participate in the group activities they provide, of course. There’s no benefit to just passively absorbing whatever information is thrown at you.

How to put your knowledge to practice

The smartest and richest people I’ve ever met had the same secret — they actively tested whatever they were learning. One Australian I know did that when he signed up for business college.

He actually started a company and tested in practice whatever the professors were telling him in classes. In that way, he used their theory to get practical business knowledge and then used that to boost his test scores.

When he finished college with flying colors, he had theoretical knowledge, practical success and the confidence to make it in the real world. His success was simply inevitable and now he’s a millionaire.

This same guy became a business consultant, raking in hundreds of thousands of dollars per contract. He would show up to a company, listen to employee feedback and just do whatever his training and experience told him.

If you do the same, I promise you’ll get stunning results, no matter where you’re at right now.

I suggest you use these learning resources to, whenever possible:

  • ask silly questions
  • network with people

The silly questions basically mean that you want to examine and challenge all assumptions. Every niche has assumptions, which can be summed up as “that’s just the way everyone does it”.

Over time, these assumptions get baked into that niche. They might make success ten times harder than it should be but, well, that’s just the way everyone does it.

You don’t have to necessarily start eCommerce from scratch and reinvent the wheel. My point is more that you should know why the wheel is there and what happens when you take it off.

If you can innovate even 1% in any of those assumptions, you are basically set for life. People will beat down your door and beg you to name your price to work for them.

Don’t be ashamed of wanting in-depth answers to your questions. Actually, if you have a burning desire for knowledge, don’t rest until you find an answer that satisfies your desire.

That kind of passion is rarely found and should be cherished.

The networking advice means you will meet people and should be cordial to everyone. The GrooveFunnels Facebook group isn’t amazing just because of the answers, it’s also because of the people.

You’ll get to meet a ton of people who have at least one thing in common with you — they want to learn more about eCommerce. If you manage to kick it off with the select few people, they might help you out in the future.

To put it in another way — you don’t have to be rich or smart; all you need to do is know rich and smart people.

My Australian millionaire friend actually spends six figures each year on attending conferences and conventions. Instead of fancy baubles, he spends that money to hire tutors, buy books and take classes.

Despite having more money than he can spend, he knows it can all disappear in the blink of an eye. What remains then are the skills, the experience and the personal network he’s built over the years.

Nobody can take those away from him and they will help him overcome any problem he might face.

So, the beauty of GrooveFunnels is that it gives you both the tools and the knowledge to use them. Put 10% of what I said here to good use and you’ll be richer than you ever thought possible.

Defunct GrooveFunnels pricing plans

If you’re like me, you’ve probably scoured the internet for GrooveFunnels information. That’s where you must’ve heard about GrooveFunnels Silver and Gold plans.

If you visit the GrooveFunnels website, you won’t find a word about those two plans. How come?

Those two are defunct plans that were meant to have deluxe versions of some features. In essence, they were meant for people who need upgrades only for some features.

They were dropped mid-2020. GrooveFunnels programmers decided to merge Silver and Gold plans into Platinum and then bump the price of that plan.

GrooveFunnels gets updates so quickly these days that what was true yesterday might not be true today. When you notice the changes tapering off, that’s when you should consider buying into GrooveFunnels.

GrooveFunnels tax deduction

The official GrooveFunnels website also mentions that you can get a tax deduction when you buy GrooveFunnels.

I’m not a tax expert by any stretch but the website states you can look forward to at least a $400 tax deduction.

There is a catch — the purchase of GrooveFunnels needs to happen by the end of 2020 for the deduction. At least that’s what the website says. Anyway, get in touch with a tax professional and ask them about this scenario.

GrooveFunnel packages

When you look at the GrooveFunnels website, you’ll also find mention of packages. Now, what in tarnation are GrooveFunnels packages?

The packages are simply a way to present all the features side by side. The Free package is what you get with the Base plan; the Lifetime package is the Platinum plan.

GrooveFunnels Packages

GrooveFunnels packages show what you’re getting with the Base plan and what you get from the upgrade, that’s it. I already included that info throughout this article.

If you would like to see the updated GrooveFunnels pricing and package pages, I’ll leave a link below:

Don’t be afraid of these complex terms, just take your time and don’t rush anything. You’ll see how you can learn anything without spending a dime.

If you only get one thing from this text, let it be that you can master anything.

GrooveFunnels pricing — why so complicated?

You’re probably scratching your head and thinking, “Why is GrooveFunnel pricing so complicated? I need a PhD in economics to figure this stuff out.”

Luckily, you don’t because you’ve got me. From the outside, GrooveFunnels feels so complicated because you’re seeing it firsthand.

This kind of complexity is usually hidden.

I understand that it seems like the GrooveFunnels cost changes on a daily basis. In a sense, that’s true because software development isn’t easy.

The main reason for the cost change is that GrooveFunnels prices are being updated daily. As it improves, the cost has to change too.

If you would like to learn more, I would highly recommend you check out our GrooveFunnels review.

The side reason is that GrooveFunnels keeps growing way beyond what the team making it expected. As they look through available data, they keep tacking on more features, which makes them change the price.

The makers of GrooveFunnels didn’t want to wait to develop the full feature set before charging money. But, they also couldn’t figure out the right GrooveFunnels price.

So, they released the GrooveFunnels features and offered multiple pricing plans. Their goal was to gauge the market and also to make it easier for users to test GrooveFunnels.

Now you have an explanation why Silver and Gold plans were put away; there simply wasn’t enough demand for them.

Anyway, the good news is that the plans and the packages have been getting simpler. It shows that the GrooveFunnels team is becoming more focused.

My opinion is that GrooveFunnels pricing should ultimately help you get value out of eCommerce. Whether that’s called “plan” or “package”, it’s all the same.

Conclusion

In my opinion, GrooveFunnels has a lot of potential. If the developers keep at it, we might be looking at a real eCommerce game changer.

You should definitely try out the Base plan but I suggest you hold off on pricier GrooveFunnels packages for now, unless you can easily afford them.

I think the Platinum plan is still could be improved and should get polished more before I give it two thumbs up.

What you should do is test GrooveFunnels features and see which ones you like the most. Find the GrooveFunnels pricing that has upgrades for the features you like and think about buying that one.

Don’t feel pressured to buy into any of the GrooveFunnels plans right now. Only if you find yourself in GrooveFunnels should you get whichever plan you can afford. Still, don’t risk too much.

The current lifetime deal is definately the best option for you if you intend on using GrooveFunnel long term.

After all, paying a one off lifetime fee is a much better alternative than paying monthly for years and years to come.

Do keep an eye on GrooveFunnels and pay attention to how the feature set improves.
